We inform you that from May 29, 2024, on current card accounts for which there is no movement of funds for more than one year, the Bank will initiate the termination of the Agreement and carry out the account closure procedure in accordance with paragraph 4.5. Terms of operation of Current and Card Accounts and transactions on these Accounts, which are posted on the official website of the Bank https://www.bisbank.com.ua in the section “Daily Service.”

If you wish to continue using the account with the Bank, please notify the Bank by any convenient communication channel:

– by submitting a written application at the nearest branch of the Bank: the list of branches and the work schedule are posted on the official website of the Bank https://www.bisbank.com.ua/ in the section “Branches and ATMs’;

– by sending an appeal to the Bank’s legal address: 04119, Kyiv, Yuriy Illienko St., 83-D;

– by sending a message to the Bank’s email address info@bisbank.com.ua;

– by contacting the Contact Center of the Bank by 0800503005 and 0442077032 numbers;

In the event that the Bank does not receive any objections from you regarding the termination of the Agreement within 29.05.2024 year, the Agreement will be terminated and your account closed.
