Block the card yourself in online banking and immediately call the Bank to report fraud/loss (numbers listed on the back of the card).

Important safety measures
  • The bank does not call or ask for card numbers, passwords, etc. If you receive calls from unknown numbers, end the conversation and call the bank.
  • Create separate cards for payments. Set daily limits in online banking and block the possibility of conducting online transactions.
  • Enable and monitor SMS notifications. Do not disclose SMS codes to third parties.
  • Do not share the mobile phone number linked to your bank account online.
  • Do not click on unknown links or enter card details on unfamiliar websites (verify the links).
  • Do not store your PIN code with your card.

Card number.

Card expiry date (month and year).

CVV/CVC code (usually a three-digit code on the back of the card).

PIN code.

Any one-time codes you receive via SMS or email.

These details could be used for unauthorized transactions and fraud.
